Lisa Marie Tramski, 57, of St. Clair County, has pled guilty in the 31st Circuit Court to one count of embezzlement of $50,000 or more but less than $100,000.

A 33-year-old man who dressed up as a police officer for Halloween was arrested in St. Clair County after allegedly attempting to arrest and rob a woman at gunpoint, police said.
