A Detroit child care center recently had its license suspended over allegations of spoiled milk and raw chicken being served to children, yellow water and the temperatures either being too cold or too warm in the center.

LARA and the Child Care Licensing Bureau (CCLB) have summarily suspended and issued a notice of intent to revoke the group child care home license of Shelley Macfarlane in Romulus.
