Police are investigating after a 95-year-old woman reported being carjacked in Detroit.

That is the end of a two-block chase between Detroit police and two men in a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee seen in the video player above. About 20 minutes before 6:45 p.m., police say those two men were meeting someone else they’d contacted on Facebook Marketplace to buy some Air Jordan sneakers.

Two teens are accused of stealing a vehicle from two women at gunpoint in Livonia, then leading police on a chase.

TROY, Mich. – An 81-year-old woman was carjacked at Somerset Collection today, Troy police say. According to Troy police, the incident happened at around 9 a.m. Monday while the victim was in her 2017 Buick Regal on the north side of Somerset Collection. Police say she was then approached by the 29-year-old carjacker from Warren who demanded the vehicle. The incident happened before the mall opened. Other crime related incidents have taken place at the Somerset Collection this year.
