Those seeking refuge from the cold should visit appropriate access points at the shelters to meet with a staff member to discuss available options. Here is list of warming centers open now through March 31:For families and unaccompanied youth (ages 18-24)Southwest Solutions Housing Resource Center 1600 Porter St., open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.For single adultsNSO Tumaini Center 3430 Third Ave., open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.NOAH Project 23 E. Adams St., open Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.For veteransHealthcare for Homeless Veterans 4646 John R.
