ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Michigan football announced linebacker Charles Thomas has entered the transfer portal as the position becomes more and more crowded heading into future seasons. Charles Thomas on the official Michigan football roster as of Oct. 16, 2020. Kalel Mullings, a member of the 2020 recruiting class, was a four-star linebacker ranked among the top 10 at his position and No. Anthony Solomon, a member of Thomas' class, played in 11 games on special teams and has been competing for a starting role, as well. Thomas is the second Michigan linebacker to transfer this offseason.
