Elliott Street overpass will close I-94 from Gratiot Avenue to I-75 in Detroit beginning Friday, Dec. 11. Entrance ramps to westbound I-94 between Conner Road and Chene Street will close at 7 p.m. on Dec. 11. Amid the closures, westbound I-94 traffic will be detoured to southbound Gratiot Avenue to westbound Gratiot Connector, then northbound I-75 back to westbound I-94. Eastbound I-94 traffic will be detoured to southbound I-75 to the eastbound Gratiot Connector, then eastbound Gratiot Avenue back to eastbound I-94.

Police said the suspect is connected to a deadly shooting in Romulus. The chase started in Romulus onto I-94. According to authorities, Sarah Clark was last seen at about 12:15 a.m. Friday at her home in the 500 block of Chene Street. Police said her family is concerned because Clark received upsetting news and may try to harm herself. Clark was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a red shirt, black shorts and black shoes. Anyone who has seen Sarah Clark or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak-Up.
