On Thursday night a 46-year-old woman was shot while driving in the area west of 8 Mile and Greenfield roads, police say. According to police, the shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. Thursday while the victim was driving her silver 2016 Chevy Malibu. Police say someone in a gray SUV started firing shots, striking her.
