A battle over marijuana dispensaries continues this week in the City of Inkster as residents are concerned that the city has too many already.

A judge says a former Inkster police officer engaged in "cowardly acts of barbaric behavior" and excessive force when he punched a driver in the head 16 times during a traffic stop.
