A Michigan man couldn’t stop pacing his house after learning he won $25,000 a year for life from the Michigan Lottery.

A Michigan man is facing 21 criminal charges after he sexually assaulted a girl for nearly a year after her 14th birthday and threatened to kill her and her family when she tried to cut ties with him, according to the attorney general.

Jenna Schroeder and Natalie Sago made up two-thirds of the officiating crew that night. She started refereeing when she was 17 to make some extra money, but now it’s her dream job and she’s breaking down barriers. There are currently five full-time women as referees in the NBA and two others who are not on staff during this season. Schroeder said women empowering women and supporting each other is how to break into male-dominated worlds. “I want my daughter to think her mom is strong enough to break barriers and do whatever she has to do,” Schroeder said.

CLIO, Mich. – High Times is bringing the annual Cannabis Cup to Clio in June. The event will be held June 8 and 9 at the Auto City Speedway. Because cannabis has been legalized in Michigan, anyone over the age of 21 can attend this year. The Cannabis Cup brings together people in the cannabis industry and crowns winners in different categories.
