U.S. safety regulators are investigating complaints that the engines on some small Jeeps can shut down while being driven.

“They didn’t have my permission. You should have asked me. You should have made me informed,” Sanders said. “I don’t appreciate it and I’m very angry.”

After three days of digging and investigating, some families are moving forward with a class-action lawsuit.

Families say authorities are finding bodies buried on top of bodies and that cemetery officials are being evasive.

Tuesday was the second day Detroit police and the FBI spent digging up graves in the search for answers.

Authorities are using a backhoe at a Detroit cemetery in response to complaints that some deceased might not be buried in the right graves.

Christine Turner said she was fired after using the term “light skinned” while joking with co-workers.

In documents posted Monday, the agency says fires start on the left side of the engine compartment. Most of the fires happened while the vehicles are being driven, but four owners complained that fire broke out with the engine off. The agency says the RAV4 has a higher number of fire complaints in the battery area than comparable vehicles.

DETROIT – The event schedule at The Corner Ballpark in Corktown has not slowed down and has not quieted down as promised. At one recent event, neighbors endured a low-flying helicopter accompanied by police sirens. Jamerson is trying to walk a fine line -- Create revenue to support the programs that benefit many Detroit kids while being a good neighbor to residents living nearby. PAL has received emails from appreciative neighbors in the last few weeks but there still are complaints. Some people reached out to Local 4 News with their complaints and said they’re afraid to call the police on the police.

DETROIT Several neighbors in Corktown met with the Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL) to talk about housekeeping issues. Erin Gavle lives next door to the PAL stadium, off of Michigan Avenue in Corktown. She said for the most part, theyre good neighbors, but the loud music, trash on the ground and crazy parking jobs, overlook the good. Local 4 News obtained video of cars lined up on Michigan Avenue in Corktown, causing traffic backup. CEO Robert Jamerson with PAL said he understands their neighbors concerns and its important to work together.

DETROIT U.S. safety regulators are investigating problems with power steering that can stick on thousands of older General Motors SUVs. Investigators are looking into whether repairs made by GM under the extended warranty actually solved the problem with the electric power steering system. In a statement, GM said it's cooperating in the probe, but it does not consider the issue to be a safety problem. The issue is a slight feeling of friction in the steering system that can be an annoyance to customers, the statement said. The safety agency said the probe stems from an owners petition to investigate the matter that was filed in December of 2016.
