Ideas for transforming your old Jack-O-Lanterns

We know that things may be a little different for the holidays this year, but that could spark a new tradition or new ways of keeping up with old traditions. For What’s The Buzz, Kim DeGiulio was joined by local author and motivational speaker Mimi Brown, Lauren Crocker with The Blaine Fowler Morning Show on 96.3 WDVD, and local comedian Mike Bonner, to discuss the new ways of celebrating traditions over the holidays. This is all about holiday decorations, so they started by discussing lights on the house. Blaine says his wife Colleen handles the decorations and while they do decorate the shrubs, they don’t give DTE a Merry Christmas. Besides some cool handmade vases and a Christmas tree, Vanessa likes to keep her decorations simple. She wants to decorate where her family can see and celebrate it so she is focusing her efforts on the inside. Melanie says she feels like people with white Christmas trees are the same as those who tell people you can’t sit in their living room.
