However, his campaign was making allegations of fraud surrounding the count at the TCF Center in Downtown Detroit. The lawsuit asked the court to require an independent audit of votes cast by people in Wayne County. The state Court of Appeals said it wasn’t convinced the Wayne County judge made a mistake by refusing to stop the work of county canvassers. The centers will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. They will also be open Election Day, Nov. 3, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.Detroit residents will be able to vote and cast their ballot at all of the satellite centers.
