DETROIT – The holiday was much quieter Thursday for most Metro Detroiters. “It’s a great time to give back to the city.”For years, Vang has volunteered to cook for families in need during Thanksgiving. The free meals were given away at the third annual “Full Plates, Full Hearts” event.
