Deputies from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said Kelly was being transported from Ascension Hospital in Southfield to Pontiac General Hospital in an ambulance. During the transport, Kelly freed himself form restraints and fled south on Seminole Street, officials said. He was under clinical petition by the Oakland County Probate Court for mental health issues at the time of his escape, police said. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office at 248-858-4911 or call 911.

Police said Kellys mother reported that he was diagnosed with depression and is bipolar. Kelly was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, jeans, no shoes and one sock.
