He is charged with assault and battery and impersonating a public officer. During the march against racism, Eddie Kabicinski and about 20 other counter protesters assembled across the street from us. Similar to the incident in Eastpointe, Eddie Kabicinski was seen impersonating an officer at the Rally in Warren. Even if Eddie is convicted of impersonating an officer and assault, it still is unlikely that he will be jailed.

A woman said Kabacinski chased her down and handcuffed her after she put the stickers on a sign. Lindsay Parton lives in Kabacinskiโs district. Parton is also part of the political action group, Swarm, which released a statement making it clear how they feel about Kabacinski. The woman who was handcuffed said she was shaken up but is OK.Kabacinskiโs case is with prosecutors.

Council candidate Jerry Bell alleges that Kabacinski doesn't live there. Local 4 obtained a water usage report that showed Kabacinski used no water at the residence between April and July. He said it's because he got a letter saying that said he may have had lead in his service lines, so he was using bottled water. "So I have been using big bottled water from Aldi and bottled water for drinking," he said.
