A 16-year-old from Shelby Township is in serious trouble after being charged with threatening terrorism at Eisenhower High School last March.

Detectives with the Shelby Township Police Department are investigating threats on social media that were directed toward Eisenhower High School.

Thomas Dilger, 19, knows much about cameras and photography, being an avid collector. He purchased an Argus C3 camera -- built in Ann Arbor -- with film still inside for $20.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Utica Community Schools’ Eisenhower High School sent a letter to parents Monday alerting them the school will be going fully remote starting March 23 until April 19. The school has 40 positive cases and 400 students in quarantine. SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Students at Eisenhower High School will return to remote learning beginning Tuesday, March 23. The letter stated that students will remain in remote learning through spring vacation, which begins April 2. Following the break, Eisenhower students will follow the previously communicated schedule for the week of April 12. UTICA, Mich. – A Macomb County high school isn’t letting the COVID-19 pandemic stop them from spreading Christmas cheer. Choir students from Eisenhower High School in Utica managed to perform a Christmas classic together virtually. “I kind of expected it because, you know, we weren’t going into second semester already,” senior Carson Dietz said. “I was pretty bummed because I wanted to sing a specific song this year.”It’s bittersweet for some of the senior choir students who are missing out on their annual Christmas concert. “I wanted to create something that at least kind of makes a memory for these kids,” Holt said.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. Its an honor to be named valedictorian, so just imagine what it would feel like to share that honor with your twin. Over the weekend, Local 4 did a story about twin sisters who were named valedictorians in Shelby Township. Madison and Samantha Sacra are athletes, AP scholars and valedictorians at Eisenhower High School in Shelby Township. That theme of competition is echoed by Eamon and Liam Mott, who were recognized as valedictorians at Brother Rice High School. Anusha and Annika Tekumulla are also twin valedictorians, at Port Huron Northern High SChool.

MACOMB, Mich. Macomb twins Samantha and Madison Sacra are both graduating from Eisenhower High School as valedictorians and AP Scholars. The pair say a little sibling rivalry has helped them both get to the top of the class. Its always been kind of competitive," Samantha Sacra said. At the end of the summer, Madison and Samantha will take their sibling rivalry in different directions. The twins say they will keep working hard in school, especially with a little sister coming up right behind them to keep them motivated.
