Southfield police have arrested Prenentice Mack Orr, 41, of Wyoming, Michigan, for allegedly sex trafficking a 32-year-old Georgia woman over a two-week period.

Southfield City Council has approved City Administrator Fred Zorns appointment of Elvin Barren as the new Police Chief at the July 8 City Council Meeting.
