DETROIT – Police said 22-year-old Samara Richards, who was last seen on Jan. 20, has been located. According to authorities, Richards was last seen in the 5700 block of Emerald Springs. Her family said she left home with a man and a woman in a silver Kia Soul and has not returned home.
