The boy’s father, Kevin Stamper, 43, remains in critical condition in the hospital. According to police, a woman called 911 around 9 p.m. to report a break-in and that shots had been fired. Zeineh was arrested after he turned himself in to the Ann Arbor Police Department on Friday morning. Investigators are now in search of a second suspect who was allegedly with Zeineh at the time of the shooting.
