Stephen Freeman has now been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree home invasion and second-degree criminal sexual conduct in addition to his prior charges.

The man already charged in connection with a Macomb County car crash that led to the discovery of a woman’s body in the truck is now also being charged with murder.
