DETROIT – Tai’raz Moore and his father’s girlfriend, Isis Rimson, were killed execution-style in the basement of a Warren house Oct. 1. Tai’raz’s family said the 6-year-old had a magnetic personality. It was Tai’raz’s aunt who sought to bring the happiness to this affair as she believed Tai’raz himself would have. Community activist Malik Shabazz of the New Marcus Garvey Movement decried the violence that took Tai’raz’s life. We have to love our way out of the abnormal becoming normal, out of the unthinkable becoming doable," Shabazz told the crowd.

Nicholas Bahri, 37, of West Bloomfield township, was arraigned Tuesday on 15 charges in the execution-style killings of a 6-year-old boy, the boy’s father and his father’s girlfriend. Prior to the recent killings, Bahri had developed an extensive criminal history and was released from prison just months ago. “I don’t think that anyone looking at the (criminal) history could forecast the crimes (Bahri) has been accused of, and possibly committed here,” said Local 4′s legal analyst Neil Rockind. Rockind says there are peculiar clues about Bahri’s criminal history. “(Bahri’s criminal record) shows someone who is sick, demented and who has really forfeited their right to to interact with the rest of us,” Rockind said.

WARREN, Mich. – Nicholas Bahri appeared in court answering to a judge for allegedly being the person behind the murder of three including 6-year-old Tai’raz Moore. Bahri is facing 15 charges, including three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of felony firearm. While he was arraigned, the mother of one of the victims, Isis Rimson, was outside the courtroom openly grieving and hoping for justice. “My grandbaby will live without her mother for the rest of her life,” said Rimson’s mother, Derlanda Farmer. Warren police found the bodies of Tai’raz and Rimson, on Oct. 1 inside a home on Oits Avenue near Nine Mile and Dequindre roads.

WARREN, Mich. – A house in West Bloomfield was raided by police Friday morning in connection with a triple-homicide between Detroit and Warren. Officers were at the house to notify Rimson that her boyfriend, Tai’raz’s father, had been found dead in a burning car on Detroit’s west side. Warren police Commissioner Bill Dwyer confirmed Tai’raz and Rimson were led down to the basement of the home. Dwyer has called the crime “evil” and “senseless.”Warren police showed up at the West Bloomfield home -- located on Margate Lane -- shortly after 7 a.m. Friday. This murder investigation has the attention of Detroit, Warren and West Bloomfield police departments and the FBI.

WARREN, Mich. – A person of interest has been brought in for questioning in connection with the Warren double murder case, sources told Local 4. The person of interest is being questioned, but is not under arrest at this time, sources said. She had a daughter.”Detroit rapper Trick Trick put up $6,000 in reward money to help catch the killers. “Trick Trick -- he can’t do it by himself,” Smith said.
