DETROIT โ Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is suing the parents of a girl he victimized, saying they are responsible for her emotional distress.
In court documents filed this week, Fogle is asking a judge to allow him to add the parents as defendants in a lawsuit the parents filed against him in March.
The request is a response to the allegations that Fogle caused the girl emotional distress when she was videotaped at Russell Taylor's home.
Last year, Fogel agreed to plead guilty to engaging in sex acts with minors and receiving child pornography.
Fogle worked for Subway for 16 years but the company was quick to distance itself and fired Fogle when the accusations surfaced.
