A woman suspected of killing another woman in Warren has been arrested in North Dakota nearly seven months after the shooting, and the arrest happened on the victim’s birthday, police said.

Warren police are trying to identify five persons of interest after a 26-year-old woman was murdered on her way home from a party over the weekend, authorities said.
