The project, which begins immediately, aims to uncover possible racial inequities by analyzing data surrounding decision-making by the prosecutorโs office. โWe know systemic racism exists in all facets of society, and the Prosecutorโs Office is no exception. Finally, in consultation with researchers, the Prosecutorโs Office will identify metrics to track to ensure equitable treatment. He has spent years compiling and analyzing data from Michiganโs criminal justice system, was the data consultant for the CREW report and has served as Data Administrator for Michiganโs Criminal Justice Policy Commission.

Read full article: Feb. 2021 Michigan bar exam to be taken online due to pandemicLANSING, Mich. โ The Michigan Bar Examination scheduled for February of 2021 will be administered remotely and online due to the coronavirus pandemic and related restrictions. The Michigan Supreme Court announced Dec. 4 that the next Michigan Bar Exam will be administered virtually on Feb. 23 and 24 of 2021 by the Board of Law Examiners (BLE). The BLE administered its first-ever remote, online bar exam in July 2020 due to the pandemic.
