A transgender woman’s use of the women’s locker room at a suburban St. Louis gym is prompting protests and calls for an investigation.

Since 1998, Rhonda Walker has been helping Detroiters get motivated and ready for the day with her incredible energy, enthusiasm, impeccable style, and passion for her hometown. NOVI, Mich. – Bollywood Dance Fitness classes are being taught by Shyam Thakker at the Life Time Fitness location in Novi. Anyone can take the class and there isn’t a certain fitness level one needs to be at. Children can even take the class. The classes are also offered in Canton and Commerce and Life Time is offering the first week free at these locations and Novi.

Bollywood Dance Fitness classes can be found at several Life Time locations across the area. The man behind the workout, Shyam Thakker, is very outgoing and pushes his patrons to get the best out of themselves. The workout essentially blends the style of Bollywood with rhythm-based movements. For those looking to give it or try, or want to try something else, Life Time is offering a free week of classes at it’s Novi, Canton and Commerce Township locations. No membership necessary, but guests must mention Fitness Friday to get the free week.

DETROIT – If your resolution is to get in shape, Life Time is making it a bit easier with Commitment Day celebrations. From Dec. 28 through Jan. 5, Life Time locations across the country will allow free access to the gyms, as well as a number of classes.
