The two victims, a 30-year-old and 35-year-old, were in a black Mercedes Sprinter Van when an unknown person fired shots at both from outside of the party bus. DETROIT – A Detroit dating app meet-up quickly turned dangerous recently. Detroit police are looking for two men wanted for carjacking and assaulting a woman they met on a dating app. Police say the woman picked up the men on Northlawn near Eight Mile and Livernois earlier this month. Then the two threw the victim on the ground and drove off in her Chrysler 200. Police found the car, but they’re still looking for the men.

DETROIT – A 51-year-old man was fatally shot Saturday at around 3:20 a.m. in the area of Livernois and West Warren Avenue, Detroit police say. A weapon was recovered from the scene of the crime. DETROIT – A homicide investigation started Wednesday after the body of a man was found just before noon. According to authorities, the body of a man in his 20s was found in the 9100 block of Monica Street, near the intersection of Livernois and Joy Road. Police said the man had been shot. DETROIT A fire has destroyed one home and damaged two others on Detroits west side. The fire happened Friday night on Holmes Street near Warren and Livernois avenues. The fire started in the middle home, which is abandoned, according to officials. The fire then spread to the two homes next door. Officials said nobody was hurt.

DETROIT - Detroit police are investigating a deadly assault that happened after a crash on the city's west side Monday morning. According to police, a 24-year-old man, who was driving a 2011 Buick Regal, was involved in a crash with another car at the intersection of Livernois and Davison just before 2 a.m. The driver of the other car, a 2007 Chevrolet Impala, got out of his car and severely beat the man.
