Michigan Rep. Mary Cavanagh is facing a drunken driving charge after she was arrested in Livonia by an officer who saw her swerving around a highway with two flat tires, according to authorities.

Livonia police have identified a woman accused of slashing a tire in the parking lot of a party store following a dispute at the business.

LIVONIA, Mich. – Police are looking for would-be burglars after a failed burglary at a Livonia gun store. According to authorities, someone attempted to break into Uncoiled Firearms and Gun Range, located near the intersection of Middlebelt and Schoolcraft roads, Thursday morning, but were unable to get inside the building after throwing a rock at a window. LIVONIA, Mich. Several women stepped forward on Wednesday and said their former middle school teacher sexually abused them. The women said the teacher sent them explicit images and videos of himself when they were students at Clarenceville Middle School in Livonia. Bailey said the teacher had ties with several schools and youth programs throughout the Metro Detroit area. Troy Schools released the following statement:"We have immense sympathy for any victim of sexual assault, but have no information regarding what was alleged at a press conference today.
