The moped driver was taken to a hospital and treated for broken bones and lacerations. The red Sedan is described as missing a passenger side window and possibly having damage along the passenger side. According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, more than three miles of Gratiot Avenue in Roseville will be rebuilt. Construction will focus on the stretch between 11 Mile and Common roads in 2021 and is expected to work between Common and 14 Mile roads in 2022. On the northbound side, the left lane will be closed from Frazho to Common roads and on the southbound side, the left lane will be closed from Common to 11 Mile roads. Liberty Street will be near the intersection of First Street starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday for road paving. Cars traveling on Liberty westbound will be detoured south onto Main Street, west onto William Street and north onto Second Street and then back onto Liberty. Cars traveling eastbound will be detoured south onto Second Street, east onto William Street, north onto Ashley Street and then back onto Liberty. Traffic between First and Main streets, Second and First streets and pedestrian traffic on one side of the street will be maintained.
