Latoya Foster is now grieving after her 16-year-old daughter, Ja’Miyah Lawrence, was identified as one of the victims in the deadly random shooting spree on Detroit’s west side.

Police are still trying to identify a woman who was shot and killed during a four-part shooting spree in Detroit last weekend that “terrorized” the community.

DETROIT – Police said one of two people accused of assaulting and carjacking a woman in Detroit in December has turned himself in. Detroit police said a 15-year-old boy, whose name has not been released, turned himself in on Dec. 29. At about 11 p.m. on Dec. 2, a 24-year-old woman was reportedly carjacked and assaulted on Detroit’s west side.
