The video shows a young man unloading a handgun into a home on Margareta Street. Turner said he heard people yelling during a domestic dispute that Detroit police had been called and were on their way. A man nearby urged the man not to start shooting. The man started shooting anyway.

Police said the argument allegedly turned physical, and at some point, the male suspect grabbed a gun from his vehicle and fired shots at the home. Police said the vehicle and suspects were later spotted in the area of Sunderland Road near Outer Drive. Police said the suspects were taken into custody and a weapon was recovered. According to authorities, Jackson was last seen Sept. 30 at about 11 p.m. in the 19100 block of Margareta Street, just south of Seven Mile Road. Jackson is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a grey top and black shorts.
