A new initiative is working to get a network of community hubs in neighborhoods on Detroit's eastside.

Detroit City Council has approved renaming Troester-Hayes Park to Stoudamire Park in memory of Marlowe Stoudamire.

State officials said the delta variant has now been found in more than 50 Michigan counties and the city of Detroit.

We will continue the fight of this terrible pandemic in his honor.”Riney was a mentor and close friend of Stoudamire.
