Police said they recovered three of the man’s fingers at the apartment where the assault took place. Leak, 40, was charged with armed robbery and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Osborn, 56, was charged with armed robbery and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Simms, 32, was charged with armed robbery and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.

The video shows two vehicles at the intersection of Mechanic Street and Roselawn Street. Two men from a grey vehicle got out and started shooting at a vehicle turning at the intersection. Two men inside were injured from broken glass. Oakland County sheriffs deputies are asking for help identifying the suspects.
