ANN ARBOR, Mich. University of Michigan students congregating in large groups or not wearing masks can expect to receive reminders about public health and safety. On Aug. 24, the City of Ann Arbor issued an emergency order limiting indoor gatherings to 10 people, and outdoor gatherings to 25.
