Tracking Michigan COVID-19 testing dataThe state last updated its testing data on Oct. 23, 2020. On Friday, Oct. 23, 2020 the state reported 53, 272 diagnostic COVID-19 tests. According to Johns Hopkins University, more than 3.3 million have recovered in the U.S., with more than 8.4 million cases reported across the country. Michigan’s Health Department reported Saturday the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Michigan is now 158,026, including more than 7,000 deaths. MSU cases are 40% of cases reported in Ingham County since March.
