The Michigan Wolverines men’s basketball team extended their home winning streak to 11 games after defeating the Penn State Nittany Lions 76-72 inside Crisler Center.

U-M will face off against EMU during a night game on Nov. 11.

The magical run from the University of Michigan men’s basketball team has come to an end as the men in maize fall to No. 2 seed Villanova 63-55 in the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16.

The Michigan men’s and women’s basketball programs have advanced to the Sweet 16.

The Saturday men’s basketball game between Michigan State University and the University of Michigan has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols.
