The Michigan Liquor Control Commission cited multiple violations of the current Michigan Department of Health and Human Services emergency order. Since September, the MLCC has suspended the liquor licenses of 34 businesses throughout the state. The cafe’s Class C liquor license and permits for Sunday sales, additional bar, dance entertainment and extended hours was suspended, state officials said. The hearing will determine whether the suspension should continue or be replaced by other fines and penalties, officials said.
