DETROIT – A fire damaged a small apartment building on Detroit’s east side Saturday night. The fire broke out on Pelkey Street, near Gratiot Avenue and Schoenherr Street. According to authorities, all residents -- children, adults and a dog -- made it out safely. The cause of the fire is unknown. The investigation is ongoing.

This is reportedly not the first time Barbee has gone missing. She is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Barbee has brown eyes, a medium complexion, and light brown hair. DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for a 39-year-old man reported missing Tuesday afternoon. Larry Quickley was last seen at about 3 p.m. in the 20000 block of Pelkey Street. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt and blue jeans. Police said it was reported that Quickley is in good physical condition but suffers from a mental health condition.
