READ MORE:According to the suspension report, on Dec. 4, MLCCโs Enforcement Division were investigating a complaint they received about the licensee allowing indoor gathering in November. The report stated when investigators went to the location on Dec. 4 to investigate, they noticed a seating chart listing 62 guests with table assignments. The report stated that while tables were properly spaced, โthe guests were not socially distanced at the tables or when mingling around the ballroom.

The Metropolitan Beer Permit Board in Tennessee voted to issue a five-day permit suspension to Kid Rockโs Big Honky Tonk & Steakhouse and three other bars in downtown Nashville for ignoring distancing guidelines, the Nashville Tennessean reports. Kid Rockโs bar had previously been fined after a complaint was filed against the establishment earlier this month, along with 14 other establishments. โThey were in violation of two points of the order that states bar areas must remain closed to the public,โ said inspector Melvin Brown. Itโs against our constitutional rights.โIn Detroit, Olympia Development of Michigan announced in December 2019 that it wouldnโt extending the lease for Kid Rockโs bar at Little Caesars Arena, which expired in April.
