MONROE, Mich. – An investigation is underway after a body was found on a beach Monday in Monroe. UPDATE: Body found along River Raisin in Monroe believed to be man involved in water incident last yearAccording to authorities, the body was found on East Elm Avenue, near I-75 and the Port of Monroe. A cause of death has not been released.
