PONTIAC, Mich. A 32-year-old Pontiac man is facing 10 felony charges after reportedly shooting four neighbors, killing three of them, at an apartment complex on Wednesday night. Police say an ongoing dispute between Clay and the four victims led to the shooting that occurred at the Spring Lake Village apartment complex on Wednesday. The three men were all residents of Pontiac, officials said. Officials say an assault occurred among the five individuals back in 2014. Officials say the man was interviewed and then lodged at the Oakland County Jail.

Officials have identified the three deceased victims as a 39-year-old man, a 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old man. The fourth victim, a 25-year-old man, is alive but his condition has not been released. Officials say he turned himself in to police.

All of the victims are from Pontiac, officials said. Officials say an assault occurred among the five individuals back in 2014. The suspect then armed himself with a handgun, went outside and opened fire on the victims, officials said. The shooter, a 32-year-old man from Pontiac, reportedly turned himself in to the Oakland County Sheriffs Offices Pontiac Substation on Wednesday night. Officials say the man was interviewed and then lodged at the Oakland County Jail.

DETROIT Police announced Monday that a teen who was shot during a quadruple shooting on July 19 has died over the weekend. The investigation later identified a man as a suspect in the quadruple shooting. The three men in the suspect vehicle immediately exited the vehicle after the crash. Chief Craig says police now believe at least one of the other two men involved in the chase on July 23 may have been involved in the quadruple shooting on July 19. Police also believe that the man who was shot who was suspected in the quadruple shooting may have been involved in other shootings, including one in Eastpointe.
