Deputies said 3-year-old Queen is with relatives in Georgia and her mother, Shanitra Seay, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department and will be extradited to Oakland County. Michigan State Police issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for the child on Monday. Police said she was in her father’s car when her mother, Shanitra Seay, stole the vehicle with the child inside.
