Raymond Yee has spent the last 50 years of his life serving the city of Detroit, and the stories of what he’s seen could go on for days. “I just couldn’t believe I woke up on February 15th, and said, ‘My God, I’ve got 50 years,” Yee said. “A man jumped in the Detroit River and he was about 350 pounds. We had to use some imagination and initiative, so we threw him a rope and we called for a tow truck to get him out of the river,” Yee recalled.
