The incident happened shortly before 7 p.m. at a Marathon fuel pump at the Riverside Marina while the boaters were refueling. At some point, the boat caught fire before it exploded. Two men and two woman were onboard and were rushed to the hospital. The four people have burns to their legs and feet.
