On the northbound side, the left lane will be closed from Frazho to Common roads and on the southbound side, the left lane will be closed from Common to 11 Mile roads. Hamtramck Drive from East Grand Boulevard north to the Detroit city limit. The TEDF Category A share of the project is $6,000,000, with the city of Detroit providing $5,686,313 in matching funds.

Three people were killed when the car they were traveling in spun out of control and rolled in the median of an Interstate 75 construction zone in southeastern Michigan, police said. Two of the three victims were ejected from the car while the third remained inside, police said.
