Since we ran our story about Keith Ciszewski's heroics during the 1991 Royal Oak Post Office shooting, more people have reached out.

Those inside the post office kept telling the same inspiring story of heroism.

As the day’s mail whirred through sorting machines and letter carriers assembled the deliveries, there came a strange “pop-pop-pop” sound inside the Royal Oak Post Office.
