A board meeting will resume for Dearborn Public Schools at Stout Middle School on Thursday after Monday’s board meeting was suspended because of an “unruly” crowd and tight space.

The Oxford school board meeting Tuesday night for the first time since a new lawsuit alleged an armed school security guard had the opportunity to stop the shooter but dismissed what was happening as a drill.

Northville Public Schools held a special board meeting Monday (Feb. 21) night about its mask mandate, voting to make masks optional for students and staff.

The tenor of the meeting abruptly changed when a parent, whose child had just been exposed to COVID at school, came to the podium.
