PONTIAC, Mich. – Police said four people have been shot in Pontiac at the Spring Lake Village apartment complex. At least 15 squad cars were on the scene on Wednesday night at 11:30 p.m.Police confirmed that three people were killed in the shooting. The deceased victims have been identified as a 39-year-old man, a 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old man. Officials said that a gunman is in custody after turning himself in to police.

The fourth victim, a 25-year-old man, is alive but his condition has not been released. Officials say he turned himself in to police.

All of the victims are from Pontiac, officials said. Officials say an assault occurred among the five individuals back in 2014. The suspect then armed himself with a handgun, went outside and opened fire on the victims, officials said. The shooter, a 32-year-old man from Pontiac, reportedly turned himself in to the Oakland County Sheriffs Offices Pontiac Substation on Wednesday night. Officials say the man was interviewed and then lodged at the Oakland County Jail.
