She was fatally shot outside her grandmother's house in 2016 when she was 15 years old. She and her family were leaving her grandmother's house in the 14300 block of Ardmore Street. The driver got out of the car and fired shots, striking Rankin, according to authorities. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $13,500 is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest.
