According to a police report Hock was helping deliver a baby at home when the baby was breech. The baby was cut off of oxygen for about 12 minutes before 911 was called and the baby was transported to Nebraska Medicine. Which Stauffer says should be the top priority for any midwife and cases like this always cause concern for safety.
