It indicates Michigan will see slightly above normal temperatures and above normal precipitation.

Tonight will be mild with temperatures closer to our average highs rather than our average lows for this time or year. Tomorrow will feel more like August than October. Showers and storms return tomorrow night, and some may be nasty. It remains warmer than average most of this week. More fall-like weather will be reserved for the end of this week.
